Creditsafe USA is looking for a new Trade Payment Data Specialist to join our team to help grow the department and continue to provide our data contributors the exceptional level of support they are accustomed to. This customer facing position is entry level and provides the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of one of the US’s fastest growing companies (Inc. 5000), and one of the global leaders in the business-to-business credit reporting industry. The successful candidate will possess the ability to learn quickly and have a positive attitude. The position also provides opportunity for advancement into more senior roles.

We provide a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive medical benefits, and 401K. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EST. The position has the opportunity to be fully remote for the right candidate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update records and Creditsafe products with contributor information
  • Contributor Retention
    • Contact Contributors that have not submitted files in a timely manner, to do so
      • Communicate with late contributors via phone calls and email
      • Accurately document any communication with partners
  • Lost Trade Data Contributors
    • Contact former Trade Data Partners up to date data
      • Communicate with former contributors via phone calls and email
      • Accurately document any communication
  • Contributor Customer Service
    • Making sure all contributors’ questions are answered
    • Fixing any issues, they would have with the product or the representation of their data
    • Coordinating with CRM on how to handle other issues they might run into with our service if the contributor is also a customer.
  • Coordinate team efforts for files
    • Assigning tasks to the appropriate employees

  • Proficient in Excel – Assessment will be given as part of the interview process
