Core Technical Skills

•       Automation Testing: Expertise in tools like Cypress.

•       Manual Testing: Strong knowledge of test case creation, execution, and bug reporting.

•       Programming/Scripting Languages: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript for test

•       automation.

•       API Testing: Experience with tools like Postman, Bruno, SOAP UI.

•       Performance Testing: Familiarity with JMeter.

•       Database/SQL: Ability to write complex queries for backend testing.

•       CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating test suites into Azure DevOps pipelines.

•       Version Control Systems: Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket

What You Will Be Doing:

•       Define and implement process improvements across the QA function to enhance

•       efficiency and effectiveness.

•       Design and maintain testing frameworks that support scalable, maintainable, and

•       reusable test automation.

•       Collaborate with multiple teams to establish and refine quality processes, ensuring

•       consistency across projects.

•       Develop best practices and guidelines for test planning, execution, and reporting.

•       Act as a subject matter expert on testing processes, providing guidance and support

•       to engineering teams.

•       Lead the evaluation and adoption of modern testing tools and methodologies that

•       align with business needs.

•       Drive continuous integration and delivery testing strategies to support high-velocity

•       deployments.

•       Mentor and coach engineers on adopting best practices for testing, refining testing

•       processes, test architecture, automation strategies, and efficient execution.

•       Closely work with stakeholders to identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and

•       improve overall product quality.

•       Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of

•       testing efforts.
