environment? We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Core Platform & Reports team and help drive the 
delivery of high-impact features for our business.   
This Associate Product Manager role, based in India, will fulfill a crucial role across the Domains product team, collaborating with 
multiple development teams that span various product areas. This position will be required to work closely with area-focused 
Product Managers to translate the overall product vision into actionable deliverables. The Associate Product Manager is 
required to act as a bridge between stakeholders, customers, and development teams, ensuring alignment with business 
objectives and customer requirements. By converting business needs into development tasks, the Associate Product 
Manager must demonstrate strong prioritization skills and provide steadfast support to Product Managers within the 
Domains vertical, whilst reporting directly to the Product Line Manager. This role is designed to amplify execution and delivery 
across the Domains product portfolio, for both regional and global business goals.

• Clear documentation of Product Requirements, EPICs (projects), Features, User Stories across multiple product areas  
• Feature prioritization (ensuring the right features are delivered at the right time for maximum customer value in diverse 
regional and global markets) 
• High-quality execution (no P1 bugs in production, high user satisfaction & minimal support tickets due to product 
defects, especially considering India-specific customer needs)  
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
Communicate Product Vision: Align India-based development teams with the product vision through clear communication and 
collaboration with area-focused Product Managers. Ensure the teams understand the “why” behind each feature and the value 
delivered to customers. Evangelize the vision and mission across all product areas.   
Create and Communicate EPICs, Features & User Stories: Write concise EPICs, user stories, and product requirements, ensuring 
both functional and non-functional needs are clearly documented. Collaborate closely with development teams to ideate and 
deliver optimal solutions that address regional and global customer needs, while contributing to the broader product strategy 
and vision and developing increasing ownership of strategic product direction over time.  
Manage Product Backlog: Maintain the product backlog for assigned development teams, ensuring all backlog items are clearly 
defined and ordered by business value. Continuously update the backlog based on evolving product knowledge and stakeholder 
feedback, in support of the area-focused Product Managers.   
Prioritize Features & User Stories: Connect each feature to customer and business value (such as sales value, user retention, 
reputation risk, regulatory requirements, etc.), and rigorously rank features in priority order. Challenge each feature 
to determine whether it is a must-have, should-have, or nice-to-have, always aligning prioritization with customer value delivery 
and supporting the Product Managers’ strategic direction.   
Clearly communicate priority order to development teams in India. Challenge the value of every feature and provide rationale 
for changes in priorities, minimizing disruption to planned work. Support agile practices while avoiding unnecessary pivots.   
Decide on Release Readiness: The Associate Product Manager is accountable for release decisions and customer acceptance in 
the Indian market and globally. Be firm in Go-No Go decision making, collaborating closely with Product Managers and 
development teams to ensure readiness and high quality.  
Agree Acceptance Criteria Work with Quality Assurance to define acceptance test scenarios. For website features (UI), perform 
workflow-oriented user acceptance testing, including manual walkthroughs and user impersonation, to ensure fit for purpose 
prior to release. Ensure every feature released meets high quality standards (no known material bugs released).   
Performance Monitoring & Ongoing Enhancement: Regularly review customer feedback from India and global markets, 
generating new features and user stories as needed. When potential bugs are identified, perform root cause analysis and 
prioritize work to resolve issues, avoiding temporary fixes and balancing speed with impact.  
Carefully evaluate feedback and prioritize features that solve customer problems at scale. Protect the backlog 
and development resources from serving isolated requests from single customers, sales representatives, or 
leadership, maintaining a focus on broader business objectives and supporting the area-focused Product Managers.   
 
Required Skills and Qualifications 
  
• Ability to prioritize effectively and make decisive product decisions supporting the multiple product teams  
• Experience with product backlog management and user-centered design principles, must be India-based for colocation 
with development teams 
• Analytical thinking and proficiency in using data to drive decisions  
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to work effectively across cultural and 
geographic boundaries 
• Strong stakeholder management skills, supporting area-focused Product Managers and cross-functional teams  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-product environment
